    A member recently told me that after 5 months in her dream job, she feels that there's something happening that she can't put her finger on. She feels she's getting mixed messages about her performance and she can't work out what to do, or what not to do. In her previous job she got blindsided by a termination but didn't feel that it was in any way her fault. After completing Stage 1 of the roadmap she got some valuable insights and has started to get an uncomfortable feeling that she has some blind spots and weaknesses she needs to work on, to prevent history from repeating itself. I helped her work out a plan to get regular feedback on her performance and to adapt her working style to her current workplace. She got insight that her current mindset is somewhat inflexible and defensive, and that this is a barrier she needs to overcome in order to be successful in her position. Change isn't easy but the rewards are big!
