A member recently completed the first half of Dig Deep, and felt that the content shed a lot of light onto the issue of her disagreements with her manager. "We're complete opposites!" she told me, "and we see things completely differently. I'm a yellow / green and my manager is a red / blue - so she's all about getting things done fast using facts, where-as I'm much more people-oriented and I need to take the time to build relationships with my clients to get the results we're both looking for". She's going to use this insight to have a discussion with her manager about how they can work together better by understanding each other's strengths and how they compliment each other.
