What's better - doing ten minutes of self development a day or storing it up until Friday and doing almost an hour instead?
Well, we're a big fan of ten minutes per day. That's because doing your STEP first thing in the morning means that the main learning concept has the rest of the day to stew in your mind - and for you to find opportunities to practice it in your daily life.
If you store it all up until Friday, that'll be five STEPS competing for airtime in your head - and your learning will be so much less as a result.
So the ideal situation is daily. And the worst case is never! So make it work for you, whenever and however you have the time.
