    A member asked me earlier today for help with breaking things up into smaller pieces. She doesn't know where to start. The best advice I can give is as follows:

    a) choose an important goal
    b) break that goal up into five steps (not more)
    c) prioritise those five steps in one of two ways - either sequential (i.e. I have to do step 3 first because that needs to be in place before I can do the rest) or in order of impact (with the first step having the biggest impact and so on)
    d) set a timeline to your first step i.e. make a commitment when your first priority step has to be done by
    e) block time out in your calendar to get this done
