A member recently shared with me that the advice of heading in the opposite direction (Day 71) helped her to resolve a complex problem. She'd been wrestling with the problem for a while but couldn't find a good solution. So she decided to think about solving it very differently to her usual approach. It took two or three tries but she found that it helped to broaden her perspective which led her to finding a good outcome. She says that the hardest part is reminding yourself to try a different approach - because it's not natural to us. Perhaps you have a problem that's proving hard to resolve? Try coming at it from the opposite direction.
