    Yesterday I was chatting to a member who loves the concept of investing in ten minutes a day for her own development, however when it comes to actually committing to setting the time aside she finds it hard. There's always something else that gets in the way. It's a bit like wanting to get fit by looking at pictures of people exercising, instead of you doing the exercise :). If you find yourself in this position, here's a tip: link your daily learning session with an existing habit. Perhaps do it with that first cup of coffee at your desk, or set aside time just after lunch, or something similar. That way you'll have a set routine which makes it easy - you don't have to think about when to do your session because it's already built into your day. Give it a try!
