    A member recently spoke to me about imposter syndrome (when you hold a belief that others perceive you as more competent than you perceive yourself to be) and asked for techniques to address this. Fundamentally it requires us to acknowledge what we are feeling, to critically examine our underlying beliefs and finally to work at changing our mental script.

    In your 90 day journey so far, the tools given in the following days are helpful in tackling imposter syndrome: Day 3 (my old guard); Day 8 (spotting patterns in my thinking); Day 12 (the unconscious mind and my limiting beliefs); Day 28 (abundance mentality); Day 46 (my state of mind); Day 49 (talking myself up) and Day 62 (overcoming mindset barriers).
