    You'll notice that during the BSE Roadmap we often encourage you to get feedback. We do this for several reasons: to get rid of blind spots; to address distorted thinking; to see things from another point of view; to stimulate your thinking; to fact-check your thoughts etc. Asking for feedback makes us vulnerable but it also creates big opportunities to see things differently and make meaningful changes - or to get confirmation that you're on the right track. One of the worst answers you can get is: "I'll tell you if anything is wrong" - because what are you supposed to do with that?! This is what a member encountered recently. He countered with: "It sounds like you're not unhappy with my performance. However it would help my growth and development if you could tell me one thing I should KEEP doing, one thing I should STOP doing and one thing I should START doing. Could we put that on our agenda for our meeting next week?" Game, set and match to him!
