Once you’ve enrolled and paid for the 90 day challenge, on a daily basis you will receive an email with a link to the content of the day which will stimulate your thinking, address key topics and give you dynamic activities to up your game.  The roadmap contains 18 key areas which are critical for career success. This will continue for 90 days, at the end of which you’ll end up with a bunch of exciting new skills and a clear action plan customised for your personal situation to see you through to success. 

Simply select the topic that’s relevant to you and post a message. You’ll be linked to other likeminded people to share ideas and discuss challenges.  The co-founders are also active on the forum to help you get the most out of our active community.

We’ll respond as soon as we can in order to give you a customised experience and to help you on your way.  Once you contact us we’ll know that you’re open to interacting with us. We don’t want to bug you so we won’t reach out to you unless you let us know that you welcome our connection.

Our program is carefully designed to stimulate your interest and support your growth without overwhelming you.  That’s why we’ve structured our content in a short daily dose which makes the lessons stick and which builds your expertise in a structured way.  Basically we’re saying that we don’t make it possible for you to move faster because we don’t believe it’s in your best interests, sorry!

If you run behind, don’t worry! The content is available for you as long as your subscription is active.  Sometimes we require a break. But please don’t make that break too long! Stay in the habit of a ten minute dose of learning every day. Because that’s how you get moving and achieving.

We don’t currently offer this option but if it’s something you want, drop us a line. We are continuously improving things to give you the best experience possible and we want to hear what’s important to you.

If you want more magic, we have a lot more goodies in store for you!  Towards the end of the 90 days you can choose to participate in a customised assessment which will focus on your desired future and how your current skills stack up against this.  That allows you to take stock and see whether there are any other specific areas you want to develop further, or whether you’re good to go. simple

Yes, of course! Simply click here and you’ll be taken to the upgrade page.  Once you enter your payment details and click to sign up, your subscription will be switched to annual. Your monthly subscription is then cancelled automatically.

Firstly check if your subscription is current and up to date.  If yes, then please try logging out of your account, clearing your browser cache and logging back in again.

If that does not fix the problem, please use the Contact Us form on the website to get in touch. Please provide us with full details of what’s happening and which page is giving the problem. We’ll do our best to fix things as soon as possible.

We’ll be sorry to see you go but be assured that you can cancel at any time by going into your account and cancelling in the subscriptions section.


Once you cancel, you’ll still have access to the academy until your current subscription period ends. You can of course rejoin any time in the future!  Bear in mind however that you will start from the beginning again. For privacy reasons we do not retain your details so there is no way of knowing how far you got previously.

We work on Central European Time so be sure to cancel 24 hours BEFORE your next payment is due, to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
