There are three subscriptions to choose from. 

90-day Roadmap.
Access to 90-day Roadmap only. Subscription will end after 90 consecutive days which includes weekends. 

6-Months access.
On completion of the 90-day Roadmap, you’ll also get access to our Power Skills Academy for the remainder of the 6-months. Subscription will end after 6-months. 

12-Months access.
On completion of the 90-day Roadmap, you’ll also get access to our Power Skills Academy for the remainder of the 12-months. Subscription will end after 12-months.

Once you enrol in a subscription, you will receive your username and password via a welcome email as well as an email with a link to Day 1 of the Roadmap. 

Then on a daily basis, you will receive an email with a link to the content of the day. Each email will stimulate your thinking, enhance your personal insights, address key topics and give you dynamic activities to boost your personal development. 

The Roadmap contains 18 key areas which are critical for career success. This will continue for 90 days. 

When you reach the end of the Roadmap, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. 

Once the Roadmap is complete (depending on your subscription), you’ll then get access to our Power Skills Academy which has a bunch of exciting new skills with a clear action plan customized for your personal situation to see you through to success.

This is a virtual hub for communication, collaboration and support with other like-minded participants. 

Simply select the topic that’s relevant to you and post a message or share some feedback with someone else’s post. 

We strongly encourage knowledge sharing, problem solving, peer support and resource sharing. Being active on the forum will encourage you to stay engaged with a sense of accountability.

We don’t want to bug you so we won’t reach out to you unless you let us know that you welcome our connection.

Our program is carefully designed to stimulate your interest and support your growth without overwhelming you.  That’s why we’ve structured our content in a short daily dose which makes the lessons stick and which builds your expertise in a structured way.

Basically, we’re saying that we don’t make it possible for you to move faster because we don’t believe it’s in your best interests, sorry!

If you run behind, don’t worry! The content is available for as long as your subscription is active.  Sometimes we require a break. But please don’t make that break too long! 

Stay in the habit of a 10-minute dose of learning every day. Because that’s how you get moving and achieving.

Once you've completed the Roadmap, the Power Skills Academy opens for you. You can then choose to do deep dives of between 15 and 20 days per topic, using the same structure as the roadmap. The topics that you choose will depend upon your unique journey. 

If you're uncertain which topic to choose first, connect with us for some support. For as long as you're a paid-up member, you can continue with your personal development journey using the Power Skills Academy. 

Yes, of course! 

If you are an individual member (instead of a corporate member), simply go to your account profile and make the relevant change to your subscription.

Firstly check if your subscription is current and up to date.  If yes, then please try logging out of your account, clearing your browser cache and logging back in again.

If that does not fix the problem, please use the Contact Us form on the website to get in touch. Please provide us with full details of including your email address, what’s happening, and which page is giving the problem. We’ll do our best to fix things and give you feedback as soon as possible. 

We’ll be sorry to see you go but be assured that you can cancel at any time by going into your account and cancelling in the subscriptions section. 

Once you cancel, you’ll still have access until your current subscription period ends. You can of course rejoin any time in the future!  Bear in mind however that you will start from the beginning again. For privacy reasons we do not retain your details so there is no way of knowing how far you got previously. 

We work on Central European Time so be sure to cancel 24 hours BEFORE your next payment is due, to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
